Conditions-procedure of electronic exchanges using credit card.
After choosing, by user customer, the products-services of planetworks-shop.gr that are for sale and any electronic mail of this order to our company, the latter after approving the order of the user customer has to:
1. Send a receipt of receiving the order to the user in short time limit and through (e-mail) electronic means.
2. Have a safe access to the details below as the user has defined.
- Name-Surname
- Details of credit card
- Phone number and address
- His order and place to be sent.
Especially as far as his credit card details are concerned, the company's access is electronically hidden
3. Our company is responsible for the correct change of the credit card for the value (price of products-services that have been ordered including sending expenses.
4. After the approval of the bank charging customer?s credit card the company sends the products that have been ordered.
The company is obliged to give the products into 24 hours of the time approved charging. For periods of sending less than 24 hours there should be a communication with our company.
5. Every exchange between company and customer-user is recognized and approved only after a special approval of the bank.
6. Our company, in case of you haven't received the products for reasons that have nothing to do with the quality or the quantity that has been agreed, informs the customer without canceling the exchange.
7. Our company, in case of delivered products, accepts written complaints within 24 hours in order to fulfill customer's satisfaction, without canceling the exchange.
8. Our company, in case of ordering through illegal details of credit cards from a third person and not of the legal owner, regards that has been deceived and has the right to do all the legal procedures that the law shows without canceling the exchange.
